We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition;
- Returned with original packaging and accessories;
- Free from scratches, damage, modifications, or signs of wear;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalised products;
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale;
- Items purchased during clearance, promotional campaigns, or using discount codes unless defective;
- Pierced earrings that have been opened, worn, or removed from their sealed packaging for hygiene reasons;
- Products that have been altered, scratched, damaged, or misused after delivery.
Please note that differences in colour caused by monitor settings, personal preference, material expectations, or sizing preferences do not constitute defects.
Clip-on earrings (non-pierced earrings) are not considered hygiene-exempt products and remain eligible for return if all other return conditions are met.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier charges incurred during the return process may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference. No refund will be provided if the replacement item has a lower value.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion differences, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customs, Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for complying with local customs requirements and providing any documentation requested by customs authorities.
If an order is refused, abandoned, returned due to failed customs clearance, incorrect address information, failure to pay applicable duties or taxes, or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and carrier handling fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the returned parcel is not successfully received by us, no refund can be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again;
- Contact your credit card provider;
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team.
EU Customers
Customers residing within the European Union may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal.
Where required by applicable law, eligible customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within the legally prescribed period.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted under applicable law.
Return Shipping
Return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
