The following article aims to provide a general guideline for returns and exchanges. In case of any disputes, the company 90Ninety's reserves the right of final decision.
Definition

'Original Purchase Condition' means that the merchandise is:

  • still in its original packaging with all certificates, warranties and receipt intact;
  • unworn, unused, unaltered and in the condition originally purchased; and
  • not damaged in any way.

The decision as to whether the merchandise is in 'Original Purchase Condition' shall be determined solely by 90Ninety's and its decision shall be final.

'Excluded Items' means:

  • Gold coin, bullion gold, watches;
  • Custom-made or “Personalized Jewellery Service” merchandise;
  • Scratched, engraved or altered merchandise;
  • Merchandise stated as non-returnable, non-exchangeable on its receipt;
  • Sales items or items with discount
  • Subjective reasons such as color discrepancy.(color varied with different monitor display), material not as expected or size not fitting nicely

Any items with the exception of “Excluded Items”, may be returned in its “Original Purchase Condition” within 7 days of its delivery to you. Merchandise will be refunded against the original payment method used upon purchase. You will be obliged to pay for duties and taxes for the returned merchandise.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Packing with obvious signs of use or has been opened 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery 
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Payment charges are non-refundable and the currency exchange rates may vary timely.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges 

We only replace items once within 7 days of its delivery to you, if they are defective or damaged.
You will be obliged to pay for duties and taxes for the returned and replacement item.
If the value of the selected replacement item(s) is/are higher than that of the original purchase, you shall pay us the difference in price. Where the value of the item is higher than that of the replacement item, we shall not refund to you the price difference. Items may be exchanged for any item under the same product category as designated by us.
In the case of “Excluded Items” damaged during delivery or the merchandise not in its “Original Purchase Condition”, return or exchange may be accepted at the discretion of 90Ninety's.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 

To return your item, you should mail your item to the designated address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
