For selected countries, duties and taxes are already included at checkout, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

For all other destinations, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Clip-on earrings remain eligible for return if all return conditions are met.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
After return approval, refunds are typically processed within 1-3 working days to the original payment method.
